At Marlo the Label, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
